Okay let me start with some of my experiences when dieting.
The hardest thing when dieting is willpower, willpower is the key to success without it you may as well give up at the start.
So once you decide to put your mind to it anything is possible when you have the willpower in the bag.
The next option is which diet to go for there are hundreds of different diets on the market, which one is really up to the individual but from my experiences there are only a handful, that work and I mean work well.
The diets that work in my opinion are as follows
1. the Atkins diet
2. low carbohydrate diet
3. the 5:2 diet
4. juicing diet
These are my top diets I recommend considering. There are hundreds of supposedly diets that work but these are the ones that works best for me.
I do find that the Atkins diet or the low carbohydrate diet are easy enough to stick to and I use them throughout most of the year to keep my weight down.
The other diet that I really like is the juicing diet it supplies the body full of nutrients and after being on it for about two days start to feel the benefits increased energy, waking up earlier, just a general great feeling.
However the downside to this diet is you do not actually eat food as such it just revolves around drinking deduced fruit and veg so in order to do this diet you really have to be motivated and have a really strong willpower, but after being on it a week you feel as if it's a new you and have achieved something. The benefits are great skin nails, hair look shiner all in all just a better looking you. I highly recommend trying out for a few days at least you will not be disappointed.
The 5:2 diet is the new one on the scene and it really is getting some great reviews worldwide.
The great thing about this diet is you get to eat your normal meals five days out of seven and two of those days you are restricted to 500 calories for females and 600 calories for males. You can split the days up so that you are not doing two in a row, I have personally tried this diet twice and had really good results.
So that was the list of my top diets that I have tried and tested and had success. Remember always drink plenty of water when on a diet and try to keep that motivated, it's the only thing that will fail you.
So I hope this can help and give you some ideas on where to start and get rid of some of that unwanted weight.
